The Rivera family appeared in the restaurant scene in 1997. They were the first to offer Sonora-style hot dogs in the valley. That year, Nogales Hot Dogs was born with great success.
Years later, in June 2012, a new experience emerged with Sushi Sonora. The new venture introduced new flavors with unique blends: the combination of traditional Sonoran food and Japanese dishes.
Tacos La Cabeza appears later on the scene in 2017, a food cart that offers tacos made from head to tongue. They were the first carts approved by the Department of Health and the city of Phoenix.
Due to the great acceptance from the people, Tacos La Cabeza, a Mexican restaurant was inaugurated in August 2019. Where burritos, quesadillas, Sonoran breakfasts and the house specialty "Tacos de Cabeza" are part of its menu.
